Ceaseless Creativity
By Arbenn Candyd Sardual

THE WORLD IS TOO SMALL FOR CREATIVITY AND ART. THERE ARE STILL A LOT OF THINGS TO DISCOVER FOR BEAUTIFUL THINGS CAN BE FOUND EASILY WHEN PEOPLE CREATE THEM.

When people think of fashion icons way back then, perhaps they will tend to think Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe or Bridget Bardot. These women are still brilliant but we cannot forget to think outside the box style icons and one of them is the Mexican painter and feminist Frida Kahlo.

Kahlo had a style of her own but she did not consider herself as a surrealist painter for she painted about reality rather than dreams. She used to paint herself with flowers around her head, marked with her unkempt uni-brow that was a bold contrast to the skinny pencil line eyebrows at the same time and merged with so much art in her most unique aspect of style in patterns and jewellery. As to that, the Team Rush decided to shoot in the safe and sound haven that is the Eisenhower Condominium in San Juan City where backdrop, lights and such were just built up resourcefully and innovatively in connection to that is the coming up with the idea of one of the fashion icons with unique touch of style, Frida Kahlo.

Sheathed in uncommon variety of bold floras and soft silhouettes of Enzo Habulan and Norman San Diego, Lindsay de Vera, one of the aspiring and talented young artists of GMA network moved with such cleverness and refined character only a 15-year-old could. As to flipping pages of this issue, you might see that every layout was filled with creativity and art, shaped with such stream as each subtle motion and flick of her bold eye pronounced ease and grace. In between shots she would blaze up into a humorous pose, all accented with a sweet smile and most of the times pointed with fierce look and cast.

As to this cover, the sophistication paired with creative and imaginative minds of all the people behind this magazine will let you experience that the real art and creativity will be based on how you see, how you feel and how you create things that could make it peculiar to others. Creating things out of the boundaries which could make it all stand out. And bear in mind it is ceaseless and it takes all sorts.
